Licht Verdicht Rotterdam
How to add high-quality housing to the city centre of Rotterdam while respecting the existing urban and architectural fabric from the 1950s? This proposal is a research and design study to increase urban density in a sustainable way by adding new leight-weight built volumes on top of existing buildings. The research theme was initiated by BNA Onderzoek and Ibelings van Tilburg architecten.
